i had a lovely garden lodge with my partner. it had a spa hot tub and was so warm and cozy. breakfast was gorgeous and because our dog couldn't sit in the restaurant with us, we had a private table in the piano room, which we actually preferred. i would 100% stay again!!!
i found the service to be poor. i tried contacting the hotel twice before my stay and had no responses. when checking in, i was given a clipboard without instruction or pen to fill it in.

the hotel location was perfect. it was close to nearby farming areas. watching the sheep was a pleasant experience. the hotel grounds were also lovely.

the location of the hotel was quite nice. the breakfast was also quite good with a decent selection (i especially liked the croissants).
the room was quite small and felt cramped. the bathroom was tiny and not very functional (it was hard to move around).
